England team 2016 Hill House

Day 6,7
-Hill House retreat-

We played another round of 'Chicken on the Hen House' as an ice breaker
Then breakout groups with small groups of British teens shared each other's testimonies

To get to know each other better, we played 'Famous Couples,' which we had famous people's name on our back and had to ask "Yes or No" questions to try to figure out who we were and find our partner - for ex) Fiona with Shrek
Tramp with the Lady
The other night, we also played 'Do you like your neighbor' again to make a more of a comfortable environment for the teens to share in their breakout groups
'The Mask' activity drew the teens closer to us by sharing a more personal thoughts
Penny sharing her mask in front of the crowd
Playing 'Taffy Pull' made us even more closer to the teens. Many teens and Americans were actually able to have one on one conversations which grew deeper connection with each individual teen.

- In playing many different games, we connected with the teens a lot more than we could have without the games and ice breakers. Games allowed a more comfortable atmosphere for the teens to share their stories.
